If in any case you are found guilty, then you will be subjected to criminal and civil obligation. To avoid this, make sure you follow the procedures carefully. Repeat the calculations to be more accurate.

Last of all, you need to understand that you can get yourself into a mess if you fail to pay the set prevailing minimum salary. First, the job contract can be brought to an end. Second, you might not be allowed to get another contract until three years are over. On top of that, before you are paid for the work done, some money will be deducted to cater for the losses incurred to your workers. This is why you ensure you follow the rules and laws as expected.
